
Kathy has a commercial background in finance
and accounting.
She has trained at Leith’s School
of Cooking, and studied interior design at the KLC School
of Design in London.
She has spent a number of years employed as Chef and Chief
Stewardess on a range of cruising boats and is experienced
in the specification of both galley and domestic equipment,
and interior layout and design
